12 oz. fresh fettuccini pasta

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/8 tsp. Nutmeg- grated
Fresh dill for garnish
Salmon caviar for garnish (optional)
Direction:
Cut salmon fillet in to 1 inch squares and lightly sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add oil into large sauté pan over medium heat add salmon and garlic; sauté for 3 minutes. Add cream; reduce heat to low, stir in salt, pepper, nutmeg and Parmesan cheese. Cook stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes or until sauce is thickened and salmon is cooked.
In a large pot bring lightly salted water to boil. Add fettuccini pasta and cook for 2-3 minutes (if using dry fettuccini cook for 9-10 minutes).
