I have to share this simple Party BBQ Meatballs recipe with you. I make them as an appetizers all the time for parties, get-togethers, etc.
I am using pre-made meatballs from the store, but if you have few extra minutes, make your own! I usually get mine from Trader Joe’s. The best part about these BBQ meatballs is no one would ever know they were so simple to make. You could even turn them into a main dish and serve them over creamy mashed potatoes. YUM!
Ingredients:
1 bottle (18 oz.) Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ Sauce
2 pounds frozen, prepared meatballs
2½ cups Jam ( I used strawberry)
Instructions:
Combine Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce with strawberry jam in a crock pot. Stir well.
Add frozen meatballs to mixture and stir until evenly coated.
Cover and cook on high heat for 3 hours, stirring about 2 hrs in.
Sauce will be simmering and meatballs will be heated throughout when done
Happy Partying!!!

Interesting combination, but will deffinately try it….the meatballs look absolutely appetizing!
I made these last night for a gathering. I used a smidge of own strawberry jalapeño jam. The rest was as written. Did 1-1/2 times the recipe. They were spectacular! I had to quickly make more on the stove.
