Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 cup  cold previously cooked white rice
1 medium size of onion (chopped)
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground cumin
1 cup of all-purpose flour
Corn oil for frying
In a mixing bowl mix together rice, ground beef, onion, 1 egg, black pepper, cumin, and salt. Knead them all until well combined.
From the mixture form balls about   the size of an egg and flat them with your palms, place them in to the flat platter.
In a large frying pan heat about ½ cup of corn oil over medium heat.
Place two eggs into bowl and beat them with fork.
Place flour in separate little bowl.
Take one meatball and roll in flour then dip it into egg mixture and place it frying pan.
Fry meatballs in batches, turning them over a couple times during the process. They are done when they are golden brown.
Add more oil if needed for rest of the batches.
Repeat this step for all of the meatballs.
