This baked parmesan fish is simple yet very delicious. It’s done in 20 minutes and your non fish lovers will get impressed. Add carrots and greens to round out the meal.
Ingredients:
4 firm white fish fillet (I used tilapia)
3-4 Tbsp. shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 lemon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with foil or baking mat.
Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry.
Place fillets on a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix together parmesan, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper until well blended.
Spread the mixture evenly over each fillet
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Drizzle with lemon and serve with your favorite salad or side dish.
