Servings:  5 – 7
Ingredients:
·         1/3 cup mayonnaise
·         1/8 cup ketchup
·         1/8 cup teriyaki or soy sauce
·         20 pieces chicken wings  in two parts
·         Salt and pepper to taste
·         Cooking spray or butter
·
Baking sheet
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and teriyaki or soy sauce, so it is in one consistency, no lumps.
Salt and pepper the wings pieces, then spray the baking sheet with cooking spray or you can also butter it.
Line up the wings pieces on the baking sheet in one layer.
Using a kitchen brush, “paint” the wings with the mayonnaise mixture. Spread the mixture all over the wings and place them in the oven.
Cook for 45 minutes or until the wings get a golden/brown color. These are our family favorite; I hope they will be yours too! Enjoy!
