A healthy snack the kids will love. Cream cheese, sliced ham, shredded carrots, lettuce and slices of green apple rolled in whole wheat tortillas. Yum!!!  They are so easy and quick to make. You can change up the recipe by substituting the slices of meat to different kind.

Serves 4-6
Ingredients:
8 slices Ham
1/2 cup cream cheese, room temperature
4 whole wheat 9–10 inch tortillas
1 large green apple, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
1 large carrot-grated to long strips
2 cups shredded Lettuce
Directions:
Spread 1/4 of cream cheese on the tortilla evenly. Layer slices of ham, apple, lettuce and carrots on the tortilla.  Roll up tortilla tightly, slice the wrap in half and serve.
