• 1/2 pound  Spaghetti (uncooked)
  • 3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  •  ½ cup feta cheese ,crumbles
  •  2 garlic cloves,  crushed
  • ¾ tsp. Salt
  • ½ tsp. spoon black pepper
  • ½ cup white wine
  • ½ cup  fresh Basil – chopped
  • 1 lb. fresh tomatoes- sliced  1 inch squares
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
Add olive oil in to the skillet and sauté garlic and onions for 2 minutes; add tomatoes, wine, salt and black pepper- simmer until sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes. Taste and adjust the salt and pepper if necessary. Mix in basil.
In a large serving bowl, combine cooked pasta, sauce, add crumbled feta cheese and stir well.
