One of my favorite parts of spring and summer is grilling and eating out-of-doors. No place is better than your own backyard surrounded with your family and friends.
Kebabs are awesome, convenient summer food. There’s nothing better than  delicious, juicy and tender chicken kebabs with refreshing salad!!!
Serves 3-4
 
Ingredients:
6-7 chicken thighs; skinned, boned and cubed
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. crushed garlic
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 tsp. red pepper flakes-optional
 
 
Instruction:
Place cubed chicken in a bowl add rest of the ingredients and mix it to combine all the flavors.
Refrigerate and let it marinate for 30-45 minutes or overnight.
Put chicken on wood or metal skewers and cook on grill.
 
Serve with your favorite salad and crunchy crusted bread.
