This creamy salmon with fresh dill is moist and so refreshing. The dill and lemon seasoning brought it to perfection. My husband does a lot of fishing so I am always on the look out for good fish recipes. I was invited by my friend Natasha to one of the meetings provided by “The Cradle” House of Bread Women’s Ministry. They offer monthly meetings with expecting moms and moms with little ones. Each meeting has different topic. They are awesome. May God continue to bless them in their hard work. One of the meetings was about COOKING!!! So this fish recipe was prepared and cooked at that class. It was so good that I had to share it with you. So simple yet very flavorful and delicious.
2 lb salmon fillet, skin on
Salt and pepper
6oz cream cheese- room temperature
1 Tbsp. fresh dill
Preheat the oven to 425F. Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, chopped dill and squeezed half lemon juice.
Arrange salmon filet, skin side down, in a single layer on the prepared baking pan.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top of the fish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the salmon is easily flaked with a fork. Serve with rice and vegetables.
