A quick , easy  and delicious recipe. These Nutella Crepes are special as they have hazelnut- flavored Nutella, one of my favorite indulgences! Seriously, there’s no way someone could refuse Nutella; creamy, chocalatey, nutty, gooey, velvety, sweet & tasty.

Serves 8-10

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour (about)
Chocolate Hazelnut spread “Nutella”
1 cup fresh berries of your choice (raspberries or strawberries)
1 cup heavy cream- whipped

Directions

Whisk together milk, eggs, sugar and salt. While stirring slowly add flour.
Add Vegetable Oil and mix well.
The batter should be smooth and thin. Set it aside and let it rest for 20-30 minutes.
Heat a lightly oiled frying 8” diameter pan over medium  heat.
Pour/scoop in batter, (about 3 Tbsp.) tilting the pan so the batter makes a circle and coats the bottom.

The crepes should be very thin. Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown (about a minute).
Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side for another minute and remove to the flat platter.

Lay them out flat so they can cool. Continue until all batter is gone.
Spread about 1 Tbsp. of Nutella-Chocolate spread in the center of the crepe and fold two times to make a quarter of the pie shape.
Place it on individual serving plates, drizzle with fresh whipped heavy cream and add strawberries or raspberries on top.

Enjoy!!!
